GPRH Guiding Coalition

Thank you for your continued commitment and support for the GPRH hospital-wide workplace culture initiative. Your participation and attendance at the bi-monthly meetings is deeply appreciated. We value your time and perspective and would like to hear how we can improve on both the “what” and “how” for our time together.

The purpose of the Guiding Coalition is to bring representative internal and external stakeholders (community, patients, frontline staff, physicians, leaders etc.) together to listen, provide feedback, suggestions, and guidance on how to take the work being done to enhance the workplace culture and patient care to the next level.
