Grades 7-9 Body Image Lessons available to pilot

There is now an opportunity to pilot Body Image resources for Grades 7- 9. These were developed by the Werklund School of Education’s Body Image Research Lab at the University of Calgary in consultation with AHS Nutrition Services. The resources are available on the right-hand side of the page and feedback can be provided by filling out the short survey below.

Kindergarten - Grade 9 Food & Nutrition Lessons finalized

Based on your feedback, our Kindergarten to Grade 9 lessons plans have been revised and are now available on our School Nutrition website.

Materials for use in Grades 10-12

Upcoming plans include the development of food and nutrition related materials for use in grades 10 through 12 with applicability to courses such as CALM, Physical Education and Foods. We are planning to have Grade 10-12 materials ready for piloting in fall 2025.
