2023 AHS Foundation Satisfaction Survey

Dear foundation leaders,

Alberta Health Services (AHS) is holding its 2023 Foundation Satisfaction Survey. This survey gives our foundation partners an opportunity to provide feedback on how AHS can continue building a culture of philanthropy and best support you in your work. This year’s survey will also ask for your feedback on the AHS core grants and the grant/support guidelines for this program.
