Alberta Health Services (AHS) is holding its 2023 Foundation Satisfaction Survey. This survey gives our foundation partners an opportunity to provide feedback on how AHS can continue building a culture of philanthropy and best support you in your work. This year’s survey will also ask for your feedback on the AHS core grants and the grant/support guidelines for this program.

Based on foundation feedback, we are hosting a Return to Workplace Survey for our largest foundation partners based in urban locations. 

The purpose of this survey is to gather your feedback on your current workplace arrangement (i.e. in-office, hybrid or fully at home), what’s working and not working, and whether you are considering changes to your current model. We will share the information gathered from the survey with you and hold a meeting to discuss the findings as a group. 

Participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous. The survey will remain open until Wednesday, Jan. 25 at 4 p.m.
