COVID-19 Communication: Survey for AHS Partners & Stakeholders
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about communication during COVID-19. We had 135 people, with equal representation from across the province, respond to the survey; this input helped inform our communication strategy with Albertans during COVID-19, and will continue to inform our approach moving forward.
Below is a brief highlight of what we heard:
- Most people (80%) feel as though they are receiving the right amount of information about COVID-19;
- Alberta Health Services and the Government of Alberta are the main sources of information for Albertans, followed by the Government of Canada, municipalities, and friends and family;
- Most people (26%) are receiving their information through direct emails, mainstream media or various websites; and
- Most people (36 - 26%) would like to receive information through direct emails from AHS, information on the AHS website.
As Alberta moves into its' relaunch and we continue to adjust to our new normal, AHS would like to continue to provide Albertans with timely information related to health and wellness. Please take a moment to complete our new survey below and share your input on what information you need.
