Alberta's Pathway Hub - FAST

The Provincial Pathway Unit and Health Shared Services are working together to digitize referral and clinical pathways currently available in PDF format and improve the digital experience of Alberta’s Pathway Hub.

We are looking for your help to review and validate the digitized pathways to ensure we are meeting the needs of FAST team members.

Sessions will be conducted virtually 1:1 through Microsoft Teams and will take approximately 1 hour.
