Naming & brand model evaluation survey

Thank you for your interest in the AHS population and public health sub-brand development.  This sub-brand is an opportunity for Zone Public Health Teams and Provincial Population and Public Health to talk collectively about who we are and the work we do together.

We'd like you to comment on the top overarching naming choices as well as the framework for our brand model.  

We'll use your feedback to select an overarching name and fine tune our brand model.   

We plan to launch the final results on Sept. 27.
