Naming & brand model evaluation survey for PPH leaders

Thank you for attending our naming workshop on Aug. 30.

As mentioned at the workshop, we'd like you to comment on the top naming choices as well as the framework for our brand model.  

We'll use your feedback to select a name and fine tune our brand model.  

A similar version of this survey will also be shared next week with Zone and provincial staff, along with other internal and external stakeholders who have been part of our brand project.   

We plan to launch the final results on Sept. 27.
