As the work of the GPRH Culture Initiative continues to be a priority of the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital, we want to ensure that the Guiding Coalition remains a key partner in our work. We look to members of the Guiding Coalition for insights and perspectives from community leaders, community members and leaders within the healthcare system, and also to help share information about the hospital back with the community.

Thank you for your continued commitment and support for the GPRH hospital-wide workplace culture initiative. Your participation and attendance at the bi-monthly meetings is deeply appreciated. We value your time and perspective and would like to hear how we can improve on both the “what” and “how” for our time together.

The purpose of the Guiding Coalition is to bring representative internal and external stakeholders (community, patients, frontline staff, physicians, leaders etc.) together to listen, provide feedback, suggestions, and guidance on how to take the work being done to enhance the workplace culture and patient care to the next level.

This survey has been designed to evaluate your experience with the Guiding Coalition, as we seek to ensure that it is meeting your needs, and our shared objectives.
