Four Winds Engagement Summary Survey

The Four Winds project held an engagement session in September 2019 to discuss challenges and propose solutions to Indigenous patient navigation in southern Alberta.

The Steering Committee members are now being asked to rate the importance of each proposed solutions to the Four Winds project on a nine-point scale to focus the project work.

Note: Issuing a rating of 7, 8 or 9 for each solution will not help focus the work.  We do acknowledge all the solutions proposed are important.  The project team may have opportunities to collaborate or influence departments within AHS who are already working in this area, so the goal of this survey is to rate solutions important to Four Winds.

The project team drafted an Impact, Cost and Feasibility for each solution to support the Steering Committee member’s rating.  The rating of “high, medium, low” is not set in stone for any solution, rather is intended to stimulate critical thinking.

The survey will close on Friday, November 15, 2019.

Results will be analyzed and shared for the Steering Committee meeting scheduled for November 26, 2019.

The survey is expected to take 30 minutes to complete.
