Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey in order to provide your perspective on the current state of EMS in Alberta. We encourage you to watch the video above before taking the survey.

You will be asked three demographic questions in order that we can group responses by the perspective you represent, your general geographic location, and the relative size of your community. No individually identifiable criteria will be gathered, and responses cannot be tracked to any individual.
