Alberta Health Services invites you to help us create a healthcare plan that will serve Edmonton and surrounding communities for the next 10 to 15 years. As our region and our province grows and ages, and as needs and demands on the healthcare system evolve, we need to ensure we are preparing for the future.

    Survey: Your ideas about healthcare in Edmonton and surrounding areas

    Community members, patients and their families, healthcare providers and physicians in Edmonton or surrounding communities:

    Alberta Health Services invites you to help us create a healthcare plan that will serve Edmonton and surrounding communities for the next 10 to 15 years. As our region and our province grows and ages, and as needs and demands on the healthcare system evolve, we need to ensure we are preparing for the future. And to do that, we need your help.

    From July to September 2021, the survey questionnaire posted here asked about what matters to you and the future of healthcare. Based on your responses, we have new questions to gather your ideas on how to enhance healthcare in Edmonton and area. 

    Please share your ideas around opportunities and solutions. 

    Answer as many of the questions as you would like. You don't need to answer them all.
