Advisory Council Annual Survey 2023

This survey is for current AHS Health Advisory Council, Provincial Advisory Council and Wisdom Council members only.

Each year Alberta Health Services (AHS) Community Engagement conducts an annual Advisory Council satisfaction survey.

Member feedback identifies strengths and areas for improvement. The goal is to ensure Advisory Councils met their objectives and those of AHS.

• The survey contains demographic questions. It is our objective to better understand our members and whether or not each Council reflected the communities and people they represent.
• All responses are anonymous though we always welcome feedback if Council members would like to discuss their responses. Email community.engagement@ahs.ca to connect.

The survey will close at midnight on Friday, February 2, 2024.
