2022 Advisory Council Satisfaction Survey

Member feedback identifies strengths and areas for improvement. Following each survey, priority areas and next steps are determined with the goal of ensuring that Advisory Councils are able to meet their objectives, and those of AHS.

This annual satisfaction survey is reflective of the last 12 months (January - December 2022). It is segmented in two places - one, for those who sit on more than one Council; two, for those who started either before or after January 1, 2022.

The survey will close at midnight on Sunday, February 5, 2023.
