Public Health Nurses, we want to hear from you!

Nutrition Services would like to know if our resources are meeting the needs of AHS public health nurses working with prenatal clients and families with young children.

Please complete this two-part survey that will take about 5-10 minutes. Survey findings will help inform future work to better support the needs of public health nurses across AHS in addressing nutrition issues with clients.

We are eager to hear your feedback to better understand your perspectives on nutrition resources for professional and client education. The survey will be open until January 31st

  • Part A: Professional Resources

    This part of the survey asks for your input on public health nutrition resources developed by Nutrition Services intended for professional education and to support nursing practice. We will refer to these resources in the survey as "professional resources". 

    You can access professional resources from our Information for Health Professionals webpage which includes: Nutrition Guidelines, E-Learning Modules, Childhood Growth Monitoring support tools and Infant formula support tools.
