Health Link can help you navigate the healthcare system and determine where you need to go for health care. When calling Health Link you can access a variety of health care providers, including nurses, dietitians, dementia advice specialists, mental health therapists and rehabilitation advice clinicians, who will help determine the best care for your situation. Health Link can also use interpreters, which are available in over 240 languages, to assist in the call.
