PCA Nursing Workforce Engagement Initiative

Nurses make up half of Primary Care Alberta's (PCA) workforce and are crucial to delivering high quality, accessible care to Albertans. Understanding what helps them deliver great care starts with hearing directly from nurses and those who support them.

This fall, nurses, leaders and managers across PCA are invited to share their perspectives through a survey, conversation with the CNO, or both. Every voice will help shape how we make PCA an even better place for nurses to work and grow.
