Maureen Towle is the interim Chief Executive Officer. She believes a high-performing health system begins with focusing on people. Her goal is to foster an environment where employees feel supported to do their best, every day. Transparency also drives her approach and is essential to building trust and making meaningful change. By being open and accountable in how we work, we strengthen collaboration and ensure our decisions reflect the needs of those we serve.

Maureen brings more than two decades of senior management experience, specializing in innovation, data management, and organizational effectiveness within government sectors. She has also been the Chief Privacy Officer and the Chief Data and Privacy Officer for the Government of Alberta.
