Edmonton Community Health Hub North opening September 12!

We are excited to announce that the Edmonton Community Health Hub will begin offering some services on September 12, 2022. AHS and the Edmonton North PCN will be staggering the move of staff members and programs in the weeks that follow.

Many patients and clients have already been contacted directly about the move and we hope to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

Anyone who has any questions about the new facility is encouraging to speak to their care provider.
