Central Zone Addiction and Mental Health Strategic Plan

Over the past 12 months, Central Zone Addiction and Mental Health (AMH) leadership has drafted an AMH-focused Strategic Plan for the to guide priorities and direction over the next three years.

To validate the direction and focus of this plan, we want to hear your thoughts. As our zone grows, and demand on our addiction and mental health system increases, we need to ensure we are capturing what matters to our AMH staff.

We understand COVID-19 continues to place pressures on your time. Your feedback is so valuable. Please take some time to complete our survey where you will have a chance to review and inform the development of the final plan.

The survey should take between 15 to 20 minutes to complete and your responses are anonymous. The survey will close on Friday, February 25th 2022.
