Jerri's Strawberry Icebox Cake Recipe

Ingredients
*3 cups cold heavy whipping cream
|
*3 Tbsp of granulated sugar (you can add more tbs if you like it sweeter)
|
*1 tsp vanilla extract
|
*1 lbs of strawberries, trimmed and sliced
|
*1 box of ladyfingers or graham crackers
|
(you can also use sugar cookies or whatever cookie you prefer)

Directions
- Prepare whipped cream by whipping heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract using a hand mixer or a stand mixer with whisk attachment on medium-high speed until peaks form.
- Spread a thin layer of prepared whipped cream in a square glass baking dish.
- Layer ladyfingers or graham crackers (use one that you prefer) on top, then over with a layer of whipped cream.
- Layer sliced strawberries on top, then layer with cream again.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until no more ingredients remain (The top layer should be strawberries).
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours and enjoy!
Tip: Save the "prettiest" strawberry slices for a nice presentation on the top layer.
