Help us find a name for a new healthcare building in Edmonton. The building will feature an Indigenous ceremonial space, shown in this architectural rendering.

The Edmonton North Primary Care Network (PCN) and Alberta Health Services (AHS) will open a new healthcare building in Edmonton in the spring of 2022.

Located in the former Canadian Tire store on Fort Road, the building will provide a range of services focused on:

  • Addiction and mental health support
  • Health promotion and disease prevention programming
  • Continuing care and home care
  • Non-acute care of people with complex health needs

The building is one way the Edmonton North PCN and AHS are working together to improve the delivery and coordination of care in the community for people in the Edmonton area.

As our teams work to open the building, we are gathering ideas for its name. We invite you to share your thoughts with us in a short, five-question survey.

The survey is open from May 6 to May 20.

We’ll share the survey results later this month on this page.
