As a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist (US) I started my career with AHS, on and off, 13 years ago and have held various front-line clinical and managerial positions in both community and hospital-based settings in Addiction and Mental Health. Prior to working with AHS and throughout the last 15 years, I worked with non-profit community-based agencies, international private addiction treatment centers, private practice, and post-secondary student support services. I also take an active role in providing mentorship and coaching both clinically and in leadership for Provisional Psychologists, Graduate Students, Masters defense panels with universities, and supporting events with the Psychologists Association of Alberta.

Jenni has a Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing and has spent 28 years working in the field of Addiction and Mental Health. She has worked a variety of roles over the years, including in-patient psychiatry, in-patient addiction treatment, in-patient psychosocial programs, as well as outpatient street nursing, assertive outreach in the community and currently outpatient services for addiction and mental health for children, youth, and families. She is passionate about early intervention and treatment and making positive change in peoples lives. She has been with AHS for 15 years and is excited to see what the next 15 years bring.

Holly has completed a Bachelor of Science with specialization in Psychology and has also completed her Registered Psychiatric Nursing degree.
Holly Has 18 years of experience working in frontline clinical and leadership positions within AHS. She has worked in both community and hospital settings in Addiction and Mental Health, primarily with the Children, Youth and Families Addiction and Mental Health teams.
She is Passionate about working in this portfolio, as well as developing the Step Up Step Down Program, as she believes early intervention, treatment and collaboration with youth, families and community-based agencies are key to supporting positive change.
