We want to hear from you! Alberta Health Services is planning for future healthcare service delivery in Cardston. As part of this plan, we are reviewing the current Cardston Health Centre (CHC), and considering what a new healthcare facility could look like. We want to know what matters to you.

Our vision is one where the future facility offers a mix of healthcare services that meet your needs including acute care, emergency services, long-term care, public health and outpatient services, home care, addiction and mental health and other services all in a single location!

We want you’re feedback on what is working well, what you see as some of the current gaps within the current Cardston Health Centre, and what new or expanded AHS services you would like to see offered.
