Council meeting - October 14, 2021

At the October meeting of the Patient and Family Council, Council members participated in a presentation on the newly completed Grande Prairie Regional Hospital. This presentation provided an overview of the features of the new facility, touched on some key learnings, and provided valuable insights on how to engage the community. Council members were given the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the facility. A general update on the New Edmonton Hospital was also provided as part of the meeting agenda.

During this meeting, Council also expressed its continued gratitude for the front-line workers and medical staff who have provided exemplary care and service during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
