Council Meeting - June 11, 2020
The Patient and Family Advisory Council members provided their feedback on a Patient Journey scenario involving a visit to the future Emergency Department. This discussion focused on the various aspects of an Emergency Department visit, such as:
- Arrival
- Triage and registration
- Waiting room environment
- Treatment areas
