Council Meeting - February 13, 2020

The Patient and Family Advisory Council was provided an updated draft of Patient and Family design objectives derived from their input, and were presented with an update on the Neighborhood Area Structure Plan.

The concept of the “Patient Journey Mapping” process was introduced. Patient Journeys mapping will be the focus of the next few meetings.
